Re-launched in August of 2021, the Atlantic County Economic Alliance’s website, ACEANJ.com, won multiple awards in recent weeks.
The website for the Atlantic County Economic Alliance (ACEA), ACEANJ.com, won multiple awards following the launch of its site in August of 2021. The website, which was designed by the ACEA’s marketing agency, Egg Harbor Township-based Performance Marketing, guides visitors through a unique user experience based on specific categories.
“The ACEA’s mission is to retain and assist businesses in Atlantic County to expand while attracting new businesses to relocate here,” said ACEA President, Lauren H. Moore, Jr. “We needed a website that is flexible, attractive, and offers access to a large amount of rapidly changing information. Our new website successfully achieves all of those goals. The awards are icing on the cake.”
ACEANJ.com offers a modern and attractive design that is mobile-friendly, ADA compliant, and built for a consistent user experience across popular browsers and platforms. In addition, the ACEA is implementing a new module at ACEANJ.com to represent the economic development activities for each of Atlantic County’s 23 municipalities.
The ACEA won the 2022 Vega Digital Awards in three categories: Business-to-Business, Best Visual Design, and Best Navigation/Structure. In addition, the website was awarded a 2022 Communicator Award in the Corporate Communication for Websites category.
The Vega Digital Awards is hosted by the International Awards Associate, which oversees a series of award competitions to honor worldwide professional excellence. Over 1,500 submissions were entered into the competition from 24 countries, with an impartial and international 21-member grand jury panel assessing each entry, using standards found within their respective industries.
The Communicator Awards is an annual competition honoring the best digital, video, podcasts, marketing, mobile, and print work the industry has to offer. One of the largest and most coveted awards of its kind in the world, the Communicator Awards are judged and curated by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA). The AIVA is an assembly of leading professionals from various disciplines of the visual arts dedicated to embracing progress and the evolving nature of traditional and interactive media.
